If you are looking for a game that is nothing more than a storyline revolving around gruesome violence then this is a definite for you. The game is a lot like the God of War games in how the fighting style plays out and even with how your powers and abilities upgrade as well; the premise to the game is following Dante after his role in the holy crusade to take back Jerusalem. The game really begins after you confront death and rather than wanting to go quietly Dante decides to take care of death himself and seem to take over the job himself, he returns to his home to find his love dead and in the arms of Lucifer and goes on a quest through hell to get her back. The game play is exactly like God of War so there is no tricky new control scheme to get used to so most players will be able to jump right into the game with ease. Graphics wise this game is amazing with plenty of detail right down to the smallest little aspect and it really makes you become completely involved in the environment around you.  Some of the details are pretty graphic so the mature rating is something to keep in mind. Over all though I give this game a 9/10 and a must have game for 2010.
